Okay , I know some podcasters out there are supportive Of intermittent fasting and I was wondering how that affects relationships with friends and family
So I know children here in america are supposed To eat about three times a day , but Once you grow up and are an adult can you choose a different type Of diet, and how does that affect your relationships with your friends and family? For example, my boyfriend heard on Joe Rogan. That intermittent fasting was the best and so then he stopped eating with friends and family and he'll only eat 1 time a day unless it's a Sporting day and then he may start eating early. Take a nap and then. Eat more later when he wakes up. So I'm not sure if strict intermittent and fasting is really family friendly or actually, I was wondering if it is and you've made it work. How did that happen?
