Im a 20 year old college student that has been quite skinny his whole life. Im 5’7 and around 115 pounds, plus and minus based on days, and have noticed recently that I am not comfortable with my body. For starters, Ive been vaping and smoking weed for years, and consistently so my body is used to being high almost all the time. I recently went on a tolerance break(weed) and have noticed I literally can not eat without smoking, which has been quite hard. I have stopped eating basically, only 2 days so far super light food, which is disgusting. I cant go out of the house comfortable in shorts due to having skinny legs. I also have never really been a gym person, but have been surrounded by it my whole life through friends.
My question is, how should I go about gaining weight as a super skinny college student? I believe that once I get my eating back from quitting smoking, food will start to naturally start coming back. But im not comfortable in my body at the moment and want to change.
