I'm from Australia and went on a group tour to play football over in the UK.

I was lucky enough to be invited to stay with a host family during my time there. The first day I arrived, some of my teamates and I met up with the host families at a local pub. It was there I met the family for the first time and got introduced to Josie..

Now I was 22 and she was 18. Her twin brother played in the host football team and I got quite close to him. On the 4th night after playing one of the local university's we had a combined dinner. All the guys met up at a Japanese restaurant before we went out clubbing.

It was at 1am I got a text from Josie, asking if I'd be home soon. I asked why, and she hinted at all the good things. The messed up thing is... I called her mum, pretended I was extremely tired and unwell before going home to f**k her daughter.

Things got weird, as a rumour spread and the family found out. I was requested by the host family to have me removed and my football club at the time had no other option but to swap me with another guy at a different host family.

I even got threatened to be flown home early.

Was I selfish? Or crazy for doing this to a family that helped me feel at home?
