How Do You Feel About Gender Diversity in Traditionally Male Jobs?
Post Body
For context, l've recently started driving a high reach in a warehouse, and I've noticed I'm the only woman doing it. I'd love to hear your thoughts on how you feel about women working in roles that are traditionally male-dominated. I'm not looking to stir the pot, just genuinely curious about your experiences and opinions! I also get just as many weird looks from the women aswell as the men and they ignore me completely.
