Men who prefer younger women, what happens if you get married?

I constantly see the narrative online of men saying dating women over 40 is like buying an old, broken down car and why do that when you could have a "new model" (woman in her 20's). But what about men who get married in their 20's. Your wife will be 40 or 50 one day. What then? Do you have to pretend to be attracted to her or do you just leave and find someone younger?
