I don't understand men, please help!!

"Boys will put the women they like on a perfect 100 points scale that they would secretly deduct the points for every ick they spot from her. When the point comes to 0, they'll leave" - saw this on a reels today

"Men like the chase, once they get what they want, they'll leave, so don't give what they want so easily" - all my girlfriends said this

Which explains for why a lot of women got hooked and left miserably when the men just happily move on with their life because the chase was done. So what if the chase takes 2 months, 6 months then??? Men will leave too??? I don't get it. What is it in a woman that makes you want to stay then???
