Where do you find peer support when you don’t fit in with ‘the guys’?

Hey all!
I'm 32, and I struggle to connect with other men. I don't really have a group of friends, I don't go out with 'the guys'. I am working hard to better myself but could really use support sometimes. Some people to vent with, to hype me up when I need it, to tell me to get my lazy ass in gear. Someone that isn't my girlfriend lol!
Where do you find peer support when you haven't been able to find it the more typical routes?
