Seeking Wisdom: What Are Some Differences Between Older and Younger Generations in the Professional World?
Post Body

Hey lads, as a 22-year-old who values respect, integrity, and the wisdom of experience, I often find myself relating well with older generations, possibly due to being raised with these principles by my parents and older brother. As I begin my professional journey post-university, Iā€™d love to gain insights from those with more experience in life and work.

From your perspective, what differences do you notice between younger generations and older ones in the workplace or in life? Are there particular behaviors or mindsets in younger people today that you think are less beneficial, or areas where we could improve? I value your opinions and would like to learn from your experience as I prepare to enter the workforce. I am also just curious. Incase you need clarity, differences such as using snapchat, vaping, social media and voicing issues which needn't need to be totally shared or always having an opinion. Cheers
