Older men, have you dated women who expected you to be their retirement fund?
Bit of an odd topic but something I've noticed as I get older (and thus the women I date are older) is that at some point in the conversations, it becomes clear to me that a) they want to retire soon but b) have hardly anything saved for retirement.
This isn't an uncommon situation as statistically a huge portion of the population's retirement savings are far short of where they should be
While they obviously dont come out and say it, the only way that math works is if they find a man who can afford to retire and he pays for it all. It feels like theyre realizing that the math aint mathing, panicking and dating to secure their retirement.
Any others experienced this/have tales to tell? Or is it just me
To be clear I'm not talking about wives you married when you were both young and both agreed on this arrangement. I'm talking older women dating now
