Greetings redditors and men. I too, am a man (22). Recently I’ve been undergoing a lot of appearance changes and it’s been interesting to see how people have reacted. For example, I have a mustache now and to my surprise it’s been positively received. I also tried a different hairstyle thing or two here and that’s what’s got me thinking. It’s hard to have confidence in this world. There are so many good looking folks out there and I’m just stuck like this. I work out and all but there are things you can’t change. So I tried a hair thing not really liking it, but sent a pic to someone and she said “that looks good!” This brings me to my question. How do you have confidence while at the same time assessing how you look objectively. Is it even possible to not be biased and therefore your own harshest critic?
