Basically, I used to work a job where I got off at midnight, so I would go to the gym after and everything was great, but that job only lasted 2 months and then my schedule became very inconsistent so I had to stop.
I tried to go back to the gym once since then, I went at 9:30 at night and ended up having to spend an hour just waiting for the machines I needed.
Currently I work in sales, 9-7 everyday, I want to go to the gym but I don't know how to do it. I woke up at 6 once to try the gym in the morning and I had the same issue as going late at night. I would love to go to the gym at midnight again but this schedule doesn't let me do that, I'm really just struggling to figure out how to fit an empty gym into my schedule, I want to go but I hate nothing more than having to wait for a machine to get through my workout, especially after a 10 hour shift.
If you go to the gym, how do you put up with a busy gym, or do you just have your schedule set up so you can go when it's empty?
