Men of reddit, what is the quickest way to build muscle with the least amount of pain/soreness involved that you have discovered?
Post Body

Iโ€™ve tried a lot but if I do one day of push-ups, sit-ups, weight lifting, and jogging, and this will make me sore enough to not be able to do much workout for the rest of the week, so I find myself only being able to run and occasionally lift a weight aside from one day a week where I wonโ€™t even go that hard anyway. Does anyone have any relatively pain free workouts or any way to reduce the pain after workouts. (I have tried stretching before and after and that helps but not enough)
