How can a man get jobs in a business that is 75-90% female?
Post Body

Im working communication/content and I frequently see 10-15 strong teams of (white) only women (100%). In the city where I live the communication departement is basically dozens of 30yo white females.

These last years the jobs switched from a 60-40 m/f ratio to whole departments with virtually no men.

I don't want to start a debate about diversity but Id like to know what strategies I can use to get a job without changing gender.
