Men with chronic pain, how long have you been in pain and how do you keep going?

Not seeking medical advice. I'm 32 and have been dealing with chronic back pain for the past few years. Feels like it gets worse daily. I try to not let it show on the outside despite it getting more and more difficult. This had me wondering, just how many other men are dealing with chronic pain and how does it affect your quality of life?
