Just a little about me, I’m a 25 year old African male. I’m 6ft 4 and I’ve consistently been working out since January and I have an athletic build. Some people say I resemble Usher and some people say Will Smith, mainly because of my demeanor. I struggle with social anxiety really badly and I hate being stared at, but I understand that I stand out in most crowds. I got to the gym everyday and I always catch the same people staring from time to time and I hate it. It would be less uncomfortable if they just talked to me rather than stare. I try my best to not let it bother me, but it does. I’m really a nice guy and I’m easy to talk to but in public, I’m very shy so hate the attention. It makes me very uncomfortable. Any advice on how to not let it bother me and deal with it?
