I've started training at the gym and doing cables chest exercises amomg full body. I cannot push-up my body weight without pain in my arm. It's been almost 5 months. I know it's case by case. My primary dr said "give it time" I am but I'm just curios because every thread I see is a generic 4-6 weeks healing time but my break is quite specific.
