Oil changed color
Post Body

My 2003 Subaru clunker (under 150K miles) sat for a year with a dead battery and no registration. When I finally made it road worthy, it took about 35 miles before it smelled like something was burning and the check engine light came on.

Pops said I need an oil change due to the oil changing color, but guy bestie said he doesnโ€™t think the oil is a problem.

The car was checked with a mechanic before it sat for a year and all systems were go.

What say you?
