Trying to find root cause
Post Body

So this might not be a big mystery but I'm trying to figure out what's really causing my car to make this rough kicking noise during idle or low speed. It's an old car and it might just be it's time to go, 2013 Buick Verano, 166789 miles. I've recently replaced the mass air flow sensor, filters, cam positioning actuator solenoid, and have another 1000 miles before I should need another oil change. Now it most likely that I need to change out the oil sooner than that, but I'f that's the case I'm wondering why I'm running through my oil quicker than normal. My other thoughts are that's it's just the timing belt I'm hearing and needs to be replaced or there's something wrong with the carburetor. Any help would be appreciated would like to keep this guy running for just a bit longer.
