Can you drive if one rotor is bad?

Post Body

The back drivers side rotor is all scratched up and making a TON of noise. I have a friend who can change it for me along with the pads and caliper if needed but it’s pouring rain today. Can I drive on the bad rotor until the rain breaks in a few days? For context I drive about an hour to and from work every day. Mostly highway driving.
