Took my truck to a shop for an intermittent shifting problem, they said they would diagnose is. So they called me and said it would need a transmission rebuild, I agreed, A week later they called to say it's fixed and ready. I payed them and when I left the truck did the same thing didn't want to move, and 30 secondsayer the check engine light came on. I told them it wasn't fixed and they said they test drove it and it was fine, but they will look at it. So they kept it and and called me back said the tipm was bad and it would be another 1400 on top of the 3700 for the trans rebuild. So i took it out of the shop and they said they will void the warranty if I take it, I replaced the tipm didn't fix it, took it to another shop and they told me it's the ecm that caused all the problems. And another 1700$
