I grew up in the 2000's and 2010's something I noticed is when I was a kid I barely saw any 80's cars on the road while today I see plenty of 00's and 90's car on the road despite them being the same length of time. Was I just a blind kid or is their a reason people weren't driving 80's cars around?

I want to be clear its not like I didn't see them, my dad had an 84 blazer I just don't remember seeing many.
