Post Body

When I first start the truck in the morning for work after it sitting 12 hours it will start, spit and sputter, possibly die, etc. it usually will start right back up but sometimes it wonโ€™t. When it does get going it runs horrible sometimes (spitting and sputtering, occasional backfire, etc) other times it runs fine with zero issues. Iโ€™ve replaced the distributor cap and rotor, plugs, wires, ignition coil, air filter, oil change, drained the gas tank and refilled and always run some type of fuel treatment when I put gas in it. Anyone with suggestions are more than welcome to comment. I just need help at this point.
