Car wouldn’t accelerate briefly
Post Body

Hi all thanks for any help here!

My car started fine, I was able to reverse but it would not accelerate when I shifted into drive. I turned the car off and waited for about 15-20 minutes and it was able to accelerate no problem. I drove it around for a bit and was able to get home. I’m wondering if that was something temporary. Perhaps due to the heat or the fuel gauge (I noticed the fuel level was higher when the car wasn’t able to accelerate and back to where it correctly should have been when I turned the car back on) or should I not drive the car unless taking it to a mechanic. It’s a 2014 Subaru legacy 105k miles, automatic
