Should i drive 5 hours there and 5 hours back the next day in this situation?

2005 Honda Civic
My radiator is leaking about 3/4 of a quart of coolant per day when I do a 2 hour round trip. It has been doing this for a while and I've just been refilling. My mechanic has not been available to fix it yet. I was planning on a 10 hour road trip over the weekend. Do you recommend I still do it? Below is a link to see picture. Thank you.
