Hi guys,
I am reaching out to you as I can not find any proper solution on the internet.
I am trying to help my wife as she has been trying to post a video on a Facebook page via Facebook Creator Studio but the problem is that the video has no sound.
She did post the video successfully at first but after a few minutes of being live, the video sound stopped working for the post.
She is trying to re-upload the same video but the video shows as "processing" but never ends up processing.
Has anyone experienced the same?
Appreciate any tips and help on this! 🙏
