Hey LA. Does anyone have recommendations for a fun adult co-ed Kick Ball League in West LA or Mid City?

I use to play in a co-ed soccer league and it was so much fun. But my body is getting slower to run around at a soccer intensity. I miss the camaraderie, laughing/cheering, and the serious but also not too serious competitive nature.

Are there any leagues with a welcoming/friendly attitude, people around my age (30s), want to be social, and would be down to get celebration drinks after games or over the weekend? ...If you do have insight, are you expected to sign up with a whole team? Or can I bring a few retired soccer players too? Or can I join solo to another team?

I've Google'ed some leagues, but there aren't many reviews. Any recommendations?
