So, tonight I ran over a curb going much faster than I thought I was. I couldn’t correct my turn in time. The car was still “driveable” but my wheel turned heavily to the right afterwards. I was able to make it home, check on my wheels, etc. Everything looked ok, but I think I have damaged/broken my axle. I need to take it in somewhere but have no clue where to take it. Obviously a mechanic, but I want a reliable place where I can get full repair with a place that won’t overcharge me (I don’t know if mechanic’s ever try to do that, but I would prefer to avoid paying way more than necessary and that’s kinda a trait of LA lol).

So, TLDR; where is a good, reliable, and reasonably priced mechanic in LA, preferably Hollywood proper? And how much would it typically cost to repair/replace a cars axles (Suzuki SX4 2009)?
