I have been doing a lot of "Youtube tourism" lately and I recently discovered French Tacos. Obviously, we have great tacos in LA. But the French version is sort of its own thing. It's a Moroccan/French food vaguely inspired by Mexican tacos, but with an Algerian inspired harissa and mayo sauce instead of salsa. And a single item is called one "tacos," because apparently the translation of tacos being plural in Spanish was a little rough.
I am curious to try a tacos, and obviously international tourism isn't a great idea just yet, but I don't know of anywhere that does French street food like that. I know LA has French restaurants, but I think they are generally swanky places rather than taco shops. Can anybody point me in the right direction? Or is this one of the rare kinds of food that simply doesn't exist in all of Los Angeles?
