Reputable car brake service center near Burbank?

I have a 2013 Honda Civic that needs new front brake pads, and possibly rear brake pads too.
I've never replaced brake pads before but am happy to learn if there is somewhere that can teach me! I'm pretty handy and work on my motorcycle fairly often.
Otherwise, I'm looking for a reputable shop to take my car to that will take care of it for me. Looking to pay less than dealer rates
