How does everyone feel about the pay as you go scooters? Bird or some other green white brand?

After visiting San Francisco and San Diego in the past month where these pay as you go scooters were abundant in the main city center, I’m noticing them slowly infecting our streets of LA.

I work in mid Wilshire and notice them sparingly, but have yet to see them in Dtla historic core.

Anyone else noticing them?

I’m kind Of torn because it seems fun and I guess convenient, but I ride a lil single speed every now and then and even I get a little sketch taking that around the streets cause of crazy la drivers.

Also random those led roof rack displays over Uber/lyfts are popping up more. Giving me a Vegas-y vibe.
