Post Body

i currently live by USC but I would like to move to koreatown after graduation in May (would be moving in late July). preferably something by a red or purple line station bc i can take that to work. iโ€™m looking for places that have like 2 beds 1 bath so i can share with a roommate or cheap studios. i donโ€™t have a car so no worry about parking, my main preferences are that it has AC and/or a dishwasher but I am willing to compromise if the price is right. my partner lives near wilshire/vermont so i would especially like to live around there but not super picky about it as long as I can get to work (by vermont/sunset station) via public transit relatively easily.

also, when should I start looking/touring places? by USC to get anything good you have to start looking like 8 months in advance and sign a pre lease in feb to move in august, is it like that other places here too?

thanks!!!!!
