Women’s Hair salons: Bellflower/Downey/Paramount/Cerritos/Lakewood

Semi New in town and I need help ! I’ve been here since June of last year and cannot find a good hair salon for the life of me. Any recommendations ?

I have gotten a haircut in hip, cute Whittier, which I was not a fan of, and since then have made the trek down to Orange County for my last cut, but I don’t want to keep doing that. I prefer dry cuts, am looking for face framing layers. I’m good with spending up to $100 on a good cut and blowout
