Is anyone else getting nightly Spectrum service outage alerts in NELA / Highland Park?

I've been in my apartment building in highland park for about 3 years. Spectrum service has been very stable - I'm talking months of uptime with no reboots of my modem, no outages. As of the last week, I'm waking up to an email of service outage / service restored every morning 4-7 am every single day. Only one morning did it not work after I was awake. Just hoping there's not an issue brewing because this is new. Anyone else notice this?

Maybe I'll fire up a long term ping test to see if it's actually going out each night. I very much depend on it for work.
