Trans friendly spas?

I'm visiting Los Angeles this weekend. I'm a lover of spas and bathhouses. As a transwoman, it can be... difficult to find accepting locations. As most spas tend to separate men and women, it can be a problem for me. I present as incredibly feminine and am often told that people are surprised to learn I am trans. I don't want to cause any problems.
I'm not cruising or trying to find a hookup. This isn't sexual for me. I just want to have a nice spa experience.
Does anyone have any recommendations?
