Hi Everyone.

I currently work as a SPED substitute for a school district. The school district is very unorganized & was giving me incorrect information, which caused me to wait a long period of time to get any assignment. It pays very well ($24) but is a strenuous job, that has been really weighing on my mental health. I have an auto immune disorder & some health struggles so working with kids who have severe behavioral issues (can be aggressive violent) has been really difficult on my body. I have been hit, bit, spit on & although I love the kids, i’m exhausted.

I don’t have a degree yet although, I have college experience & hope to go back eventually. I have multiple years working in the school districts as a SPED aid & Instructional aid along with a being a previous team trainer at WFM.

I am hoping to return to school & pursue either a nursing or veterinary education, something in that field would be really cool.

I would love any recommendations for decent paying jobs in the area? Or ideas on where to look or apply?
