i just found a citation on my car when i went to go get it for an errand. my annoyance is that - (https://imgur.com/a/iitxjy8)?

1) there is basically NO indication on the sidewalk that i shouldnt park there like the same street (that i also took photos of in link) other than a small red arrow that i cant even see because i always get home at night and dark photo isnt even how dark it actually is.

2) ive seen people park there before and same cars several times, i didnt even know that was even there and EVEN LESS it was a fire hydrant (i was literally looking around for a second to try to find it bc i didnt even know it was and never seen one like that).

its only 54$ in total i have to pay but i think its stupid that i have to pay for something like this situation
