How is the job market in LA?

Post Body

I currently reside in South Florida and the job market is atrocious down here. It leaves me wondering if it’s any better in Los Angeles? I am a college grad with a BBA. I majored in marketing but I have a career background in Operations/HR. I know the cost of living is a little higher than Florida but it won’t matter much to me if I can find a decent job with my degree and experience. Please be honest/specific. Don’t just tell me LA is a shit show (if it is) explain why so I have a better understanding. I also don’t have to be in the heart of LA. I just want to be close enough to downtown LA where I’m not 2 hours out. Any serious replies are highly appreciated!
