Hi everyone, a post on here yesterday about having a jury summons for this week amidst the IT outage at the courts got a lot of interaction. I’m in the same boat, but with a different situation. I submitted a request over the jury duty portal last week to get a postponement due to two upcoming doctors appointments later in the week but obviously never heard back because of the shutdown. They did call certain groups to report, but I cannot find my summons and don’t even know what group i’m in. It’s already past reporting time even if I did need to go, but I’ve been trying the hotlines they said would be working today and I can’t get through to anyone/anything. How should I resolve this? Is there a way to resolve this? I’m 21, this is my first time getting a summons and am nervous about how this is all playing out. Thanks for any advice you can give!
