Hello, my name is Jose Hendrix Monroe and I am a independent writer. I love to focus on topics that normal writers typically wont write about and my latest subject matter on my mind has been wanting to interview a few of the working women down on Figueroa.
My book will be focusing on me mainly talking to them as if it was a podcast, interview, etc. Basic questions about their lives, interest, etc. My books main object is to give society a closer in-depth lens into these women and shine humanity on them in a society who may not favor this type of work.
Any notes on how to approach this subject matter would be grateful. Like how do I strike the conversation? What to avoid while interviewing? What should be said during the interview? I really want to try and push my limits and comfort zone with this book while hoping to bring in a topic of discussion.
