My mom has “adopted” a 14 year old girl and now I guess she’s trying to get everything finalized so she can receive government assistance for the girl. Social services will be coming to our house next week to check it out and my mom says she will tell them that she sleeps in the living room and this girl supposedly sleeps in her room. We have section 8 here but it’s only my mom and I on the voucher. i’m wondering if they’d report anything to section 8 since they’re both through the government ? (kinda hoping they do contact them about this girl staying here and hopefully they terminate her voucher because my mom is one of those old hags that want to live on section 8 until she dies… she needs to grow up and realize she can’t be this way forever 🙃)
