My boyfriend and i are planning a trip to LA. He’s turning 40 and for him, its a massive deal. Unfortunately, we wouldn’t be able to have his friends over or plan a party bash but i really want to make sure he gets a special experience.

Maybe i’m way over my head but are there any restaurants that would do a private dinner for 2 (maybe in an area of the restaurant that isn’t too crowded or in a private room) or if there’s a way to hire a personal chef?

We’re staying in a hotel so we can’t really hire a “personal chef to your home” sort of thing.

If anyone knows of any dining experiences or restaurants or hiring a personal chef?
