Post Body

Hi world. I have a situation that I’ve never been involved in before and was hoping for some advice.
Our property management called us and said that they wanted to buy out our apartment if we moved out within 90 days at a total of $7,000.

The internet seems to say that that is not a lot and I should ask for more. Does anybody have any experience in this?

The lease is a month to month and rent is currently $2,095 including water and trash. It is rent stabilized.
