I have lost weight and gained it, then lost again and would say I'm in-between sizes right now. I don't think it's disrespectful to ask.

Otherwise, I go for walks and started intermittent fasting to lose weight. I will say there's is a lot more attention when you lose weight, but it's really different KIND of attention.
