Where to find the cheapest motorcycle insurance in LA?

The mod got salty because I did not typed LA in the question on my previous question, dude chill. Ok so I am getting a Panigale V4 and need affordable insurance. I know LA one can find good rates but I got quoted 15k a year from progressive (ridiculous) and 8k a year from geico (still extremely high) I have been licenced 1 year with licence from Canada and my insurance there was 70 a month. Planning to get my California moto license next month. Is there riders here from LA that know where to shop affordable insurance?
