Motivating, fun ways to work out in London?

As title says, I struggle to find a way to exercise. But I really need to, for the sake of mental health.

I can’t workout in my flat, it’s boring and depressing, also lonely. I tried having a gym membership as well, but that didn’t work either. What I found help the most is classes. Being part of a group, following teacher’s instructions. Without that, I am simply not disciplined nor motivated enough to work out on my own

I hate myself for being like this - I know working out can technically cost nothing, but I want the group/class element… But this might mean I have to join some bougie gym place which is really not cheap.

I just feel stuck and awful. If anyone find their fav way to exercise (aside from working out alone at home & gym) please share

Edit: So many good recommendations, thank you! So glad I made this post to ask!
