Iāve visited this wonderful city for a couple of weeks, staying mostly in the Kensington and Chelsea borough.
As far as I knew, thatās one of the more affluent places, but I felt a bit appalled from the amount of trash bags people just left on the street, waiting to be collected.
I know itās not realistic to have the truck come pick them up every single day, but is there a specific reason why people arenāt using bins? Is this something borough specific? I noticed people use bins more in Camden, for example.
It really paints a strange picture when you see people suited up, walking their poodles going around so many trash bags.
I hope this doesnāt come off as offensive, overall I love London ā¤ļø itās just something that puzzled me.
