Post Body

Hi AskLondon,

I’ve posted once before here recently about finding a flat/studio. I’ve narrowed down my search quite well. For me it seems logical to pick between these two areas to live in.

Can anyone with knowledge of both areas or even just one describe how it is living in the area and what is close by?

To give some context I’m 25, mostly looking to stay more close by to events and fun things to do. I’m not earning a large amount, if you must know around the £39000~ range before tax. Planning to spent about 50% on rent maybe slightly hire to live alone. I quite enjoy nature too. Not sure if this helps.

I’ve already researched a lot online and found potential places through websites like Zoopla and Rightmove. However, I’m looking to first view the apartment in person before making any rental choices as I’m in South Africa at the moment.
