How do you manage the afternoon slump at work?

I’m a fairly early riser. I have an office job and things start to wind in my brain down post-lunch.
Coffee and red bull do nothing for me. A power nap usually sorts me out but I wouldn’t do that in the office.
How do you mange the afternoon slump (edit: in the office)?
