The flat we're renting is undergoing repairs outside, and in the following month they'll do repairs inside.
My flatmate just caught one of the workers looking at his phone and masturbating outside her window, clearly with his dick in his hand.
We've reported this to our estate agent. Looking for any advice on how to handle this. We're worried about repercussions because the construction people will enter the flat in the next month (we'll be moved out to a temporary airbnb) by breaking our stuff for example.
