Medical Malpractice case?

Lawyers of reddit I am asking if my gf has a medical malpractice suits seeing as she was told she had Endometriosis and after he told her to get a hysterectomy and that she needed it. Turns out she didn't have Endometriosis and her and I have lost any chance of having kids. Does she have a malpractice case?
